As you may recall, M1llionz released his debut mixtape Provisional Licence back in September, which also included collaborations with Lotto Ash, AJ Tracey, Headie One, and Jevon. The 12-track project was also led by hit singles such as “Bando Spot,” “How Many Times,” “Regular Bag,” and “Badnis” and are some of the tracks Birmingham talent has released along with a humorous mini-series “Driving School” featuring Ghetts, Unknown T, Ivorian Doll, SL, and more.
The rapper M1llionz released a new video today (Nov. 25) for Provisional Licence for “Mobbin,” a HONEYWOODSIX and Jevon-produced rap track that features the rapper’s reworks of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” and “Smooth Criminal” throughout:
M1llionz fans have watched him make himself at home in diverse places like Jamaica and Nairobi, a circumstance made more logical by his Jamaican heritage. On this occasion, he can be seen in Paris specifically, in Clichy-sur-Bois, a suburb to the east of central Paris. It is to be noted, however, that the “Lagga” star appears to be mobbing heavily, riding through the area’s streets with the masked crew, playing dominoes with close associates, etc. M1llionz is captured by a police officer in one notable scene before the tables quickly turn on the artist, who’s cohorts purposefully ambush him in an empty parking garage. A nod to the King of Pop is evident in the video’s fast moonwalk near the beginning, directed by Bishop Nast.
